The reason we are here today and we can have Hira Construction up and alive! With 40 years' of experience in the construction industry, his knowledge is endless.

His strengths are unlimited, which means he can put strategies in place to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction on all projects and provides technical knowledge to support cost and quality control. We are all grateful to have him here to teach us the ways of the construction industry.

Sam

Project Manager

Sam is one of our long term Project Managers who has over 15 years knowledge of the design and construction process. From inception, through to completion of works on site, his role includes preparing pre-construction plans, risk assessments, and method statements and ensuring quality completion in line with the project programme and budget.

Sam is the one who gets things done. He puts his head down and his focus is high. You can rely on him to complete a project to the highest standard.

Dee

Small Works Project Manager

Dee supervises all repairs and maintenance within all sites. He is able to upkeep all of Hira’s properties along with aiding the buying and procurement team. Bringing a range of ideas to the table, he is a multi-skilled team member and highly valued employee.

Dee is always able to help bring a positive vibe to our office and is lifting spirits even through the tough times.

Rob, our dedicated Buyer and Procurement Specialist. With a keen eye for sourcing quality products and negotiating the best deals, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring our company's supply chain runs smoothly. Their expertise in procurement strategies and supplier relationship management helps us secure the resources we need to deliver excellence to our customers.

MEP Manager
Alpesh

MEP Manager

Alpesh is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, with experience dating back to 2007.

His journey began with training as an electrician, where he gained NICEIC supervisor status.

Currently serving as a MEP project manager, Alpesh occupies a pivotal role where he meticulously tends to every aspect of MEP projects. From tendering to procurement, he orchestrates the seamless integration of diverse elements, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and adherence to industry standards.

Neil

Director

Neil, alongside Paresh co-founded Hira Construction with their father Hirji. He provides strategic guidance to the production of all pre-construction programmes as well as, implementing resource strategies on all projects.

When he isn't crunching the numbers for our ongoing tenders he loves to socialise. He loves to make sure he is always up and ready for day and is definitely the early bird of the office.

Contracts Manager
Parry

Contracts Manager

Parry is our newly appointed Contracts Manager and highly successful for Hira. He is primarily responsible for commercial and operational delivery, adding an additional level of responsibility. With over 15 years of industry knowledge, he is now able to help assist both Site Managers and Project Managers in identifying problems, to avoid delays and mistakes.

He loves to take time out from a busy/stressful day by socialising with his friends, meditating and spending time with his family. Check out his employee video to learn a little more about him.

Admin Assistant
Jasu

Admin Assistant

Jasu coordinates all administrative tasks for Hira Construction, helping the team to carry out the work clearly and efficiently. She is able to work well with and communicate to both onsite and offsite team members to get all aspects of her job completed to a great standard.

The team can rely on her, being strong, and ready to get her head down and get the job done.

William

Project Manager

William commenced within the Construction Industry 25 years ago after completing the first part of an Architecture Degree. Using a strong background in Foundations and Structures he quickly gained further strengths completing Office Conversion Projects before then moving into the Residential Sector working with Loss Adjustors on Insurance Rectification Works (Fire/Flood) covering the Southeast of the UK.

Before joining Hira, William also dealt with Large Residential Block Management Projects and Commercial Food Industry Projects rounding off a wide wealth of knowledge and experience in most aspects of the Construction Industry. William’s continual dedication and drive to deliver an excellent end product makes him a highly sought after and valued member of the team.

Paresh

Managing Director

As co-founder of Hira Construction, Paresh provides strategic and professional guidance to the Project Management team. He oversees all activities within the company to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and with exceptional quality, whilst maintaining excellent standards of health and safety and client satisfaction.

When he isn't busy with life at Hira (which is never - his mind is always flowing with ideas), he loves to network and socialise with a range of people. Enjoying his time cycling and spending time with family.

Accounts/Admin

Nimi has an extensive background in Accounting and is responsible for coordinating all financial transactions and maintaining accounting systems.

The longest-standing lady in our Hira family, whom we are incredibly grateful for. She overcomes every challenge along the way and will be there for anyone who needs it in the team.

Sital

Buyer

Sital is one of our special additions to the buying and procurement team, aiding and sharing the workload with her team they are now able to efficiently help sites with the completion of jobs. She is able to create and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best price, quantity and timescales needed for the role. Taking on a range of jobs on the go, it is a role with high patience and a keen eye for detail.

Sital is our new, fun and bubbly addition to our Hira family. Away from busy days at Hira, she is always keen to socialise with her friends and be there for her kids when she can.

Vik is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, bringing with him a wealth of experience spanning 18 years in both the merchant and construction sector. As a Project Estimator, Vik is driven by a relentless pursuit of accuracy and efficiency. He combines his experience as a buyer with his newfound skills to provide comprehensive estimating position that adhere to the highest standards of quality and precision. Vik's meticulous approach and dedication to continuous improvement make him an invaluable asset to the Hira Construction team.

With his blend of expertise, passion, and creativity, Vik exemplifies a well-rounded professional who thrives on challenges and continually seeks opportunities for growth and self-expression.
