Our emphasis is on reducing energy consumption, reliability and quality of materials and maintainability and resilience of systems.

We are often appointed to undertake projects on this basis, with the added benefit of acting as a single point of responsibility for design and construction. Hira has over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry, and ensures his knowledge is used to guide the team on all projects. Hira’s strengths include putting strategies in place to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction on all projects and providing technical knowledge to support cost and quality control.

Managing Director

As co-founder of Hira Construction, Paresh provides strategic and professional guidance to the Project Management team. He oversees all activities within the company to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and with exceptional quality, whilst maintaining excellent standards of health and safety and client satisfaction.

Neil co-founded Hira Construction alongside Hira and Paresh and provides strategic guidance to the production of pre-construction programmes, as well as implementing resource strategies on all projects.

Sam has over 15 years’ knowledge of the design and construction process, from inception through to completion of works on site. His role includes preparing pre-construction plans, risk assessments, method statements and ensuring quality completion in line with project programme and budget.

Parry is responsible for delivering projects from tender stage through to completion. With over 15 years of industry knowledge, his role is to ensure that projects are delivered in line with the project specification, within budget, safely and to the client’s satisfaction.

Vik is responsible for ensuring that the materials required for our projects are provided to schedule and according to projected budgets with support from the project managers. His role includes providing prices for all materials included in project plans and drawings, identifying potential suppliers and new products and contacting a range of suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and agree delivery times.

Paul has 35 years industry experience during which he has developed a sound understanding of the practical and administrative aspects of successfully managing construction projects. While prime residential refurbishment and new-build have become an area of specialism for him, he is also widely experienced in commercial and public sector projects. Paul enjoys contributing to the design solution process and rising to unusual challenges. Quality of product and customer service are of great importance to him.

Dinesh supervises all repairs and maintenance within all sites. The role allows him to upkeep all of Hira's properties along with helping the buying and procurement team. Multi-skilled team member and a highly valued employee.

Henna is learning the tricks of the trade in the construction world, helping build brand awareness with new and existing clients. Responsible for all elements of Marketing, from changes to the website, creating content for social media and making amendments to brochures.

With a wealth of construction knowledge, VM’s role is to monitor progress, oversee delivery of materials, carry out safety checks and sort out any problems which could hold up work as they arise. He also ensures that all work complies with building regulations, health and safety and other legal legislation.

Site management is a vital role in the construction industry, where safety is key. Paul assesses and manages all safety hazards on site. Other responsibilities include managing and instructing the site workers, setting goals for the team, and seeing projects through to completion with the support of a project manager.

Mikey’s role is to ensure the correct completion of works, and that working methods are performed correctly and safely. This role also involves the coordination and management of subcontractors and feeding back to project management team.

Kiran directs and supervises day to day operations on a nominated site. His role includes ensuring material requisitions are issued in adequate time, scheduling, controlling and monitoring all plant and materials on a weekly basis, and ensuring all work is completed to programme.

KP has extensive construction knowledge and experience in the field. KP's role helps to ensure all tasks on site are completed to allow all goals to be met. This role includes, managing and instructing site employees to see projects through to the end.

Pete is responsible for ensuring projects are completed within time and budget constraints. This role allows him to build relationships with other employees on site to ensure he can provide them with support and aid them through completion of the project.
