40 years plus industry knowledge, he guides and shares his knowledge with the team. Hira's strengths are putting strategies in place to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all projects. His technical knowledge supports cost/quality control on projects.
Co-founder of Hira Construction, Paresh provides strategic and professional guidance to the Project Management team. Overall role involves ensuring efficient operation and delivery for profitable growth. To achieve this growth, he is responsible for all activities focused on ensuring that projects are delivered to timescale, budget and quality, whilst maintaining excellent standards of health and safety and client satisfaction.
Co-founder of Hira Construction, alongside strategic guidance to the production of pre-construction programmes, he also puts resource strategies in place and manages resource costs to overhead budgets.
Sam has an in-depth knowledge of the design and construction process, from inception through to completion of the Project on site. With over 15 years industry knowledge, his role includes preparing pre-construction plans, risk assessments, method statements and ensuring quality completion in line with project programme and budget.
Parry is responsible for delivering projects from tender stage all the way through to completion. With over 15 years of industry knowledge, his role is to ensure that projects are delivered as per project specification, within budget, safely and to the client’s satisfaction.
Suraj has over 10 years of industry knowledge. His role as Project Manager includes ensuring that equipment and resources are available throughout the building project. Also ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of the project’s progress. Delivering a high-quality project to deadline and budget is key for all our Project Managers.
Vik is responsible for ensuring that the materials required for our projects are provided to schedule and according to projected budgets with support from Project Managers. Role includes providing prices for all materials included in project plans and drawings, identifying potential suppliers and new products and contacting a range of suppliers and sub‐contractors to obtain quotations and agree delivery times.
With extensive experience supported with an accounting background Nimi plays a key role within Hira Construction. Her role includes creation of financial transactions and maintaining accounting systems.
A wealth of construction knowledge, VM’s role is to monitor progress, oversee delivery of materials, carry out safety checks and sort out any problems which could hold up work as they arise. This role also ensures that work complies with building regulations, health and safety and other legal legislation.
Site Management is a vital role in the construction industry, where safety is a key. Paul assess and manage safety hazards on site. Other responsibilities include managing and instructing the site workers, setting goals for the team, and seeing projects through to completion with support from Project Manager.
An extensive wealth of construction knowledge and experience, Mikey's role as Site Manager is to ensure the correct completion of works is carried out on site and that working methods are performed correctly and to actively encourage safe working practices. This role also involves the coordination and management of subcontractors and feeding back to Project Management team.
Kiran directs and supervises day to day operations on nominated site. His role includes ensuring material requisitions are issued in adequate time to achieve the Construction Programme, Schedule, control and monitor all plant and materials on a weekly basis and overall ensure all work is completed to programme.
